ماريو أوكييو-إي

The colors are surprisingly vibrant for a print, and the way Mario is reimagined in that traditional Ukiyo-e composition makes it a real conversation starter on my wall.

The woodblock-style lines on this poster have this incredible texture that makes Mario feel like he stepped right out of an old Japanese print. It's already framed and hanging in my office, and the colors against the cream paper look even better in person.

The fusion of classic Japanese woodblock style with the character is surprisingly seamless, and the detail in the waves and clouds really pops against the matte paper. It’s become the first thing guests comment on when they walk into my office.
